Shipments and returns
If goods are in stock, we'll strive to dispatch all orders within 5 working days after receipt of payment. If not in stock, we'll email you the information on the delivery date within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Goods are shipped via DHL or similar carrier. A tracking code will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.
Your order may be shipped and invoiced directly through one of our stores/resellers nearer to your location.
If you would like to return product, please contact us here for a Returned Goods Authorization. Unused and non-damaged product may be returned within 15 days for a full credit or refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and must return the item with prepaid freight terms in the original packaging.
Availability and lead times may change. Standard re-stocking fees apply for returns if applicable. No returns on cut products (ex. cable, chain, or rope).
